Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which leads to the processing period (3-5 business days)

Once your order is finished processing, a shipping label will be made for the order. You will then receive a tracking number within an email.

Your package will then be shipped through USPS (2-3 business days excludes weekends and holidays)

For Custom Wig Order/Preorder wigs

During this time you will receive a "Customization Form" which must be filled out to reassure that your wig is customized to your preferences. 

Once the form is submitted, the customization process will take 3-4 business day for completion. (Please be mindful any custom coloring may prolong the customization process)

For Supply Your Own Bundle Service 

Once this service is purchased, you will receive a form which will have to be filled out for more details on customization of

 

your wig. Address to send the hair, will be listed on this form. Please allow 8-10 business days for completion of your wig
